Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and AppShotSet. Section 6 concerns your right to withdraw from a purchase and is worth reading before you buy.

AppShotSet is operated by an individual established in Poland. For the operator’s name and postal address, or for anything else about these terms, write to hello@veremeen.com and we will provide them. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.
2. What the service does
AppShotSet is a browser-based editor for producing App Store and Google Play screenshot images. It prepares files. It does not upload anything to Apple or Google on your behalf, and it cannot promise that a store will approve what you submit — store requirements are set by Apple and Google and change without our involvement. Checking current specifications and the accuracy of your own marketing claims remains yours.
3. Your account
Using the editor requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use. Tell us at hello@veremeen.com if you believe someone else has reached your projects.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload and write. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your files, render them in the editor and produce your exports. We claim no right to use your work for anything else.
You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
5. Plans, prices and renewal
A free plan is available. Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-off 7-day pass. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay, in US dollars. Where VAT or another sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown by Stripe at checkout based on your billing location.
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, at the then-current price — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused remainder of that period.
The 7-day pass does not renew. It grants Pro for seven days from purchase and then simply ends.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We may change prices for future billing periods, and will give notice before a change affects a renewal.
6. Right of withdrawal, and how you waive it
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
AppShotSet is digital content supplied immediately: Pro unlocks the moment your payment succeeds. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not purchase — use the free plan, which lets you try the editor and export within its monthly limit at no cost and with no card.
This section does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty.
7. Refunds
Beyond section 6, we will refund a payment where the service failed to deliver what was paid for — for example a charge that unlocked nothing, or a duplicate charge. Write to hello@veremeen.com with the account email and the approximate date, and we will look at it. We are not obliged to refund a plan simply because it went unused.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use AppShotSet to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits or the paywall, drive automated abusive traffic, or produce deceptive content — including screenshots that misrepresent what an app actually does.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and your projects intact, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue parts of it as the product develops. Keep your own copies of source screenshots and finished exports that matter to you.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and, if you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under consumer protection law, which these terms do not override.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using AppShotSet at any time, and may ask us to delete your account at hello@veremeen.com. We may suspend or end access where it is reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, or to comply with the law. If we end your access without cause while you hold a paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above shows when the current version took effect. Where a change materially affects a paid plan, we will give notice before it applies to your renewal.
