Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using the AppShotSet editor and related services.
Last updated: August 23, 20261. Using AppShotSet
AppShotSet is a visual editor for creating mobile app store screenshot assets. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of screenshots, logos, copy, images and other materials you upload. You grant AppShotSet the limited permission needed to store, process, display and export that content solely to operate the service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to use the content you upload and for ensuring it does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
3. Accounts and project access
During development, the service may create an anonymous project workspace without requiring sign-in. Anyone with access to the same browser or project credentials may be able to access that workspace. Authentication and account features may be introduced later.
4. Free and paid features
Some features may be available without payment, while higher limits or additional tools may later require a paid plan. Available features, usage limits and pricing may change. We will present applicable terms before charging you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AppShotSet to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, automate abusive traffic, or create deceptive or harmful content.
6. App store requirements
AppShotSet helps prepare visual assets but does not guarantee approval by Apple, Google or any other marketplace. You remain responsible for checking current store specifications, policies and the accuracy of your marketing claims.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to preserve saved projects, but you should keep copies of source materials and exported files that are important to you.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AppShotSet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The updated date above will show when revisions take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channel provided inside AppShotSet.
