1. Information we process

We process project settings, screen layouts, text, uploaded screenshots, logos, images, device choices and export preferences that you provide while using the editor. We may also process basic technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address and error logs.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and save projects, render previews, generate exports, maintain security, diagnose errors, improve performance and develop the product.

3. Anonymous workspaces

During development, AppShotSet may create an anonymous session so projects can be saved without a login. A browser token connects that session to its projects. Clearing browser storage or sharing access to your browser may affect access to those projects.

4. Storage and service providers

Project data and uploaded assets may be processed through Supabase infrastructure, including its database, object storage and authentication services. Hosting and operational providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver the site.

5. Uploaded assets

Your uploaded screenshots and brand assets are used to provide the editor and exports. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis to process it.

6. Analytics

If product analytics are enabled, we may collect aggregated usage events such as opened tools, completed exports and error states. We will update this policy when additional analytics providers or categories of data are introduced.

7. Cookies and local storage

The service may use browser storage or similar technologies to keep your anonymous session, project preferences and interface state working. These technologies are functional rather than advertising-oriented.

8. When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods may depend on the type of data and whether a project remains active.

10. Your choices

You can remove assets and projects using available editor controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep exported files and project access details in a safe place.

12. International processing and children

Information may be processed in countries different from yours. AppShotSet is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in their country.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product develops. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the support channel provided inside AppShotSet.
